Amazing Place

This five-bedroom, three-bath home offers very easy access, whether in summer or winter, with ample parking for all family and friends. Situated on a nice, level lot and designed to be disability-friendly, both features are hard to find in the mountains of Ruidoso, New Mexico. The beautifully decorated 3100 sq ft home boasts a spacious living area, dining area, and an open, airy kitchen.

Enjoy some spirited competition in the game room, which includes a pool table and darts, as well as a wet bar with a fridge and microwave. The spacious 1200 square ft deck, complete with a hot tub, offers spectacular views of the one and only Sierra Blanca ski mountain. This home is equipped with wireless internet, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a garage – all the amenities needed to create unforgettable memories during your getaway.

"Amazing Place" is true to its name. Amazing.

Ruidoso is an alpine mountain community. Expect twisty roads with steep grades. The weather is unpredictable and can change quickly. Elevations can vary between 6000’ to almost 12,000’. Most homes are multi-level with stairs on inclined lots. Expect wildlife that may hinder traffic flow. Do not be surprised if the power goes out or if you lose internet or cell phone connection. This is the mountains, and it happens. We encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains or 4-wheel drive in winter months for all our properties. This is not the big city. Life is easier, slower-paced, and more wonderful. This is why we come, and why we stay. Relax and enjoy your time in paradise.

  We had the best time at Amazing Place for Thanksgiving! The house was gorgeous, clean, and in great location. Some things are a little dated in the house but overall, it was very comfortable and accommodating. It's situated on the perfect hill with great views of the mountains. The kitchen offered a great space to cook a turkey dinner. The hot tub was hot and relaxing. The wildlife was abundant. There were a ton of extra linens as well. Overall, it was amazing and we will definitely be renting this place again! Also, Crystal and the staff were very professional, quick to respond to my many questions and easy to work with.   This home was perfect for our large party. We enjoyed the location and amenities provided. The only concern we had was that the downstairs did not appear to be as clean as the upstairs. There were evident splatter stains on the tile and the shower did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. Overall, we had a fantastic time and hopefully will be back.

  This is our third time to stay at this property. We love the location. We were a bit surprised that the down stairs had not been cleaned and the bedding was dirty. We washed the bedding when we realized it had not be washed from the previous rental. The couch down stairs had sheets on it that had been folded up into the couch. You could tell they were not clean. The king bed down stairs sheets, had crumbs in them. We had to strip both beds and wash the sheets before we could use them. The floors though out the house were not clean.

  We had a great stay at this location. We are returning guests. This is a very nice clean cabin. It was plenty big enough for our family in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our only problem was not having a restroom big enough to fit a wheel chair in. We were able to work it out however. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

  It was a very cute cabin, we very much enjoyed our stay! The layout would have been helpful when booking, we knew there was a single bed and planned for our grandma to stay there but didn’t know the room was down stairs which we did not wanted her to use the stairs. The pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable but other than that we were very pleased. There was no hand soap which we had to go purchase especially with the virus going around.

  This was a family vacation and our party included one adult in a wheelchair. I had searched for a place that would accommodate the wheelchair: easy entrance, bedrooms and baths available on the entry floor, etc. This house fit all those needs and was a wonderful getaway place for all of us. Destiny Real Estate was very responsive to our needs while we were there and even provided discount coupons for ski rental equipment. The location is ideal -- very close to town with all the restaurants, shops and activities. I would highly recommend Destiny Real Estate and this particular house.

  we had a wonderful time. 7 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. the deck is great with one of the best views of the mountains we've had in Ruidosa. picnic table. outdoor furniture well-worn. Indoor great space: very large kitchen, nice dining space. adequate seating in living area. 4 bedrooms with kings spacious, especially master bedroom. 3 good bathrooms. 5th "bedroom" downstairs tiny with one twin bed. sleeper sofa downstairs not in good shape. two small children sleeping here rolled to middle. linens for the sleeper sofa need replacing: mattress cover stained and sheets old. also spiders downstairs and musty smell. towels old .

  This was my 4th time staying at this place. Everything is great! Location, size, room distribution, company customer service, views, etc. Also, you get a lot of visits from wildlife, especially deer. My only recommendation would be to update some of the sofa beds, as the mattresses are pretty wore down, and you can feel the metal bars. Despite that, I would continue staying at this cabin for my next trips.

  It was really nice. There was lots of space for the kids to play. They really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table downstairs. . We took advantage of the fireplace and wood that was outside. The deer would come up in the mornings to eat (we bought deer feed). The view from the back porch was amazing!!! This was a great place to stay!!! Plenty of room for all!!

  We had family meet up here from four different locations. We had plenty of parking for the four vehicles and plenty of room inside for everyone's needs. We enjoyed our stay here just a little disappointed they we couldn't have a fire in the fire pit. (But understandable) The view of Sierra Blanca was awesome. The only fault was the foldout sofa bed should not be counted as sleeping room because the mattress was atrocious and should be disposed and replaced.
